WINTER VALLEY REGIONAL RAILWAY

This must be a popular place in Scott. How many fine eating spots serve a great liver and onions right along with fan belts and wiper fluid. A selection of about 40 videos offer not so recent movies and they’ll sell you a Greyhound bus ticket as well. There used to be a post office too but that moved out with the postmaster.

The aluminum panels on the side of this small, multi purpose building suggest the 1950’s but the aluminum roof is pretty new. That ‘wild west’ face may be reminiscent of the late 1800’s but it’s likely just a recent upgrade. The TV antenna can pull in one channel pretty well. The other channel? Not so good. Add air conditioning, some hand painted signs, a telephone pole with a single arm and you’ve got yourself an entire main street. A great one or two day project.
